Hi all,
Well, I’m back once again!
Now, I did promise to post more regularly, but I don’t have a great deal to report this week. As you can see below, I’m still working on the Iron Mother model. She’s coming along nicely, but, as expected, she’s taking a fair bit of time to complete.
Special Characters
I thought a nice addition to the new codexes I’m working on would be the inclusion of Special Characters. For the Shadow Land Orcs, I’m going to add three. I’m pretty sure about the first two, but the third one, not so much.
Iron Queen Gressle the Crusher
The current Iron Queen of the Shadow Lands. In fact, Gressle’s background is pretty well fleshed out now. I’ve practically written a short novella about her rise to power!
Morckeller the Old Crone
A Blue Hag, rarely seen by her own kind, but every so often she appears on the battlefield to lend a struggling Iron Mother a hand. She will be an exceptionally powerful wielder of Chaos Magic.
The Third Character…
The last one, however, I’m still undecided on.
I feel like it should be some legendary Brute who has become a terror throughout the Shadow Lands and beyond, feared by all who stand against him—but that’s about as far as I’ve got with the idea so far. Any ideas? I would love to hear them.
